Maintaining the power




Seaweed is another little trade secret.  Seawood is a powerful source of lipids, minerals and vitamins which are easy to absorb, moisturize and nourish the skin. It's a great detoxifier too!

I usually take Kelp capsules daily, as well as make a few bowls of sauteed or raw seaweed from the japanese markets at least 3 times a week. It's important we try and do what we can to maintain our elasticity.  The seawater in seaweed is similar to human plasma, so it's an ideal way to get nutritive benefits such as vitamins A, C and E, and the minerals zinc, selenium and magnesium. Seaweed tones skin and regenerates body tissues, offering a new energy that helps to maintain a youthful appearance.
